• 15-minute grace period. Late appointments may be shortened, charged a late fee, or rescheduled.
• No extra guests unless approved.
• Deposit is required to secure appointments and is non-refundable.
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations/rescheduling. No-shows may lose deposit.
• Refills are available within 2–3 weeks. Removal requires a full set charge.
• Retention depends on aftercare. Blink Aura Co. is not responsible for poor retention due to improper care.
• All services are final sale. Concerns must be reported within 48 hours.
